An old image I just dusted off and felt deserved some love. Same universe as Sparkplug the wondrous mechanical dog...

thank you :) I have a blog which goes back quite a bit. It has many of the same images that are up here, plus extra ranting. In theory it's more of a place to try out ideas... here's the link if you're interested:

thank you :) Unfortunately the God of Industry is facing a rework (wanted to put more thought into him), so for the moment, that's all I got. However, he'll surely pop up here on DA once he gets a makeover...

he looks pretty cool as it were though, maybe have the metal lookin bits kinda rusty in places and spreading over him like a disease, like pollution!

ooh nice idea. Yeah the rework I was thinking of involved bringing in some steel industry elements, maybe making the cracks in his skin luminous and then scabbing over around the edges, almost as though the industry were a sort of infection breaking out through his skin. Came from some discussions about the piece with my old art director who said it reminded him of a sort of modernized and corrupted hermes... He's doing his masters in fine arts so sometimes he gets a little abstract on me :P

Lol, but yea like make one of his limbs entirely industry and then have it spreading up him like tendrils with a couple places where it's breaking through
