Queen of the Drownedby *SnakeToast

Been working on this one in my free time the last couple of weeks, so I'm quite pleased to have it completed.

This character is the more destructive incarnation of the Queen of the Sea, as taken from a story I've got sitting on the side. She's not evil or malicious, but is certainly lacking in the pity department...

Edit: Reworked some areas of the image as well as tweaked some colors and contrasts, before submitting it to Ballistic's Exotique 6... wish me luck
